Proton Dry Gin

'Proton' in Greek means 'the first'- and in fact this was Flavors Laboratory's first gin recipe. It's a remarkably refreshing gin, featuring vibrant citrus notes of orange and mandarin as the 
forefront, complemented by a secondary herbal complexity derived from bay leaf and rosemary. Beneath these, you'll find the comforting, time-honored hints of juniper and coriander.

Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander seed, Orris root, Orange peel & pulp, Mandarin peel & pulp, 
Bay leaf, Rosemary, Sage
